We are seeking architects with over 3 years of professional experience whose qualifications and talent align with 3LHD’s values and working methodologies. Job description:
Working on all phases of a project: concept design, schematic design, design development, development of construction documents/detailed design, specifications and tender documentation.
Implementation and application of the company’s philosophy in a creative and aesthetically informed manner.

Required qualifications and experience:
Completed professional architectural studies (bacc.ing.arh), master in architecture (mag.ing.arch.) or higher
More than 3 years of experience in architectural design (applications from candidates without the required experience will not be considered)
Advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD *, knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and Adobe CS
Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage tasks independently
Critical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of construction regulations, laws and the process of issuing necessary permits and approvals
High proficiency in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Preferred candidate qualities:
Motivated, well-organized, communicative, resourceful, independent in completing assigned tasks; excellent knowledge of industry standards and products and a curiosity for discovering new ones; high level of creativity, initiative, and responsibility.

Software skills should be classified according to the reference table:
Level: 1 - Beginner, 2 - Independent User, 3 - Experienced User

We invite architecture students, preferably in their final year of study, who wish to gain experience in architectural practice to get in touch with us. We are currently seeking students for internships starting after January 2026.
