The residential block Park Kneževa has been awarded the Green Building Award in the category “Building of the Year – New Construction”, jointly presented by the Croatian Green Building Council and the Croatian Association of Thermal Facade System Manufacturers.
Vlasta Zanki, President of the Management Board of the Croatian Green Building Council, emphasized that the award is a recognition of projects, institutions, and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the field of green construction and sustainable built environments.
Park Kneževa introduces a new, eco-conscious living concept in the very center of Zagreb. It represents a green oasis within the traditional urban block structure, revitalizing a neglected part of the city with contemporary architecture and high-quality amenities. The project incorporates innovative design and construction solutions focused on environmental efficiency, durability, and the use of sustainable, long-lasting materials.
