The works on the construction documents of the future headquarters project for OIV have been completed. Situated along a fast road in the southeast of Zagreb, the campus consists of an office building with a restaurant and data center, an open garage, and a multimedia center. The concept of a classic office building floor plan organization is upgraded by a vertical structure, which extends through the entire height of the building forming a multi-level central atrium in the interior, and creates a volume and a spatial attraction in the exterior - an antenna with a total height of 64 m. The central part of the new campus is the public space, a main square with thick greenery, and a restaurant and terrace planned to be used for rest and socializing.
