Residential block Park Kneževa is the winner of the annual award for green construction in the category "building of the year - new construction". The award is given by the Croatia Green Building Council and the Croatian Association of Thermal Facade Systems Manufacturers. The president of the Board of Directors of GBC, Vlasta Zanki, congratulated all the winners and pointed out that the awards are an expression of recognition for projects, institutions and people who have distinguished themselves in the field of green construction and a sustainably built environment.
Park Kneževa offers a new ecological and green concept of living in the very center of the city. It is a green oasis within the traditional block construction of the surrounding area, which revitalizes the run-down part of the city center with new quality architecture and amenities. During the design and construction, innovative solutions were implemented that enhance the modern environmental and sustainable approach. In doing so, materials were used that ensure longevity and adequate characteristics throughout the entire life-cycle of the building.
