K District is located in Belgrade's Dorćol, near the cultural and historical monument - the Kalemegdan fortress, at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. 3LHD's task was to design the facades of the entire complex, public spaces, the promenade and the ground floor, while the entire architectural project was created for the HQ of Levi9.
The new modern residential complex will also have business spaces, new public open spaces, and a large pedestrian promenade with lots of greenery that will have open views and connect Kalemegdan to the river.
A multitude of public facilities, rest and relaxation zones, children's playgrounds, restaurants and bookstores will make the new residential district complete and pleasant to live in.
