The new Zagreb residential block Park Kneževa will open its doors in September 2022. Works on the landscape and the completion of interior work are underway. Park Kneževa connects Branimirova and Bornina streets on foot and provides pedestrian access to public amenities in its interior, which raises the quality of housing for the entire neighborhood.
Buildings inside the block are surrounded by a park, in interaction with the greenery due to their variable heights and floor plans. Content-wise, the block will unite several typologies: housing, business premises and an urban park.
