The construction on the site of Hotel Park has continued after the summer break. Parallel with the execution of reinforced concrete structures, masonry and insulating works, the production of a mockup room is planned for the end of 2017. The new hotel on the site of the old Hotel Park is being built on one of the most beautiful locations in the Mediterranean. When designing the hotel, the goal was to have all the facilities focused on that spectacular vista, but also secure a suitable view from Rovinj towards the hotel. The building therefore adjusts to the slope of the site, resulting in a cascading hotel where the main entrance and the lobby will be placed on the highest floor. Access to the hotel will also be possible at the seafront promenade level.
