Hotel Keight is inspired by sailing, travel and long sea voyages. Located in the center of Opatija, this contemporary hotel is a tribute to Opatija's tourist heritage, a place where the guest is welcomed by a welcoming atmosphere and the feeling of returning home after a long journey.

The façade canvas is structured in a regular grid, composed of glazed fields separated by horizontal (inter-floor) construction elements and vertical structural elements. Discreet tones and textures help blend the building into the surrounding environment and ambience of Opatija's historical buildings, contributing to a better quality of the urban space.

The hotel’s central point is the restaurant on the ground floor, a meeting place for hotel guests and all residents of Opatija. Inspired by old coastal cuisine, it encourages socializing and communal dining. Traditional desserts will be enjoyed in the hotel's café, modeled after those in Opatija and Vienna.

The accommodation units are a modern version of the ship's "staterooms", as first-class cabins on ships were traditionally called. With their muted tones, the colors of the sky and the sea in a storm, they draw the guest into a safe haven protected from the forces of nature.

The rooftop sun deck with bar and pool represents an escape into a dreamy world, a place for relaxed leisure time with a view of the sea. Wellness facilities with a 25-meter indoor pool are located in the hotel basement, where there is also a multipurpose space for meetings with a conference hall.
