Located next to the sea in the tourist zone'' Monsena-Valdaliso'' the restaurant with two swimming pools is an integral part of the Amarin apartment village and camp.
Analysis of the previous state determined the necessary interventions to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the building. The basic starting point of reconstruction was the visual exposure of the service area of the building, the non-functionality of the existing terrace and obsolescence of the existing pool complex.
Major reconstructive interventions are building the “protective” facade around the service part of the building, reconstruction of the restaurant's terrace, and the building completely new pools.
The building layout is organized on two levels. The upper floor has two restaurants, an outdoor terrace with a total capacity to serve 646 people. Lower level includes a children's club, a restaurant and ice cream shop with an outdoor terrace. Sundeck and outdoor pools include two swimming pools for adults and one children's pool.
