In December 2025, the new leadership of the Croatian Architects’ Association (UHA) was elected. At the 47th Electoral Assembly of UHA, the candidate list led by Toma Plejić (President), Jana Horvat (First Vice President), and our Silvije Novak (Second Vice President) was presented and elected as the new leadership for the 2026–2027 term.
Their proposed programme includes the development and promotion of Croatian architecture, urban planning and spatial culture, as well as encouraging continuous progress and excellence in domestic spatial practices. Preserving and strengthening the architectural profession and the reputation of architects, fostering appropriate recognition of modern and contemporary architecture, resisting the degradation of space and participating in activities aimed at protecting the human environment, and nurturing connections with other fields of human creativity — in anticipation of the Association’s 150th anniversary — remain the fundamental goals of UHA.
