The K Distrikt residential and business complex is located at a unique location in the oldest centre of Belgrade, next to Dorćol. Situated in the cultural and historical centre of Kalemegdan near the Sava Danube rivers and the former industrial zone, the project will naturally blend into the old city centre. The new modern residential complex will also have commercial spaces, new public open spaces and a large pedestrian promenade with plenty of greenery that opens views and connects Kalemegdan and the river. It will feature spaces for children, recreation, shops, restaurants, cafes, bookstores and galleries that will make the entire city district comfortable and complete. 3LHD was hired to design all public spaces of the complex, promenade, greenery and to design a new look for all the facades of all the blocks. We are also working on a new office building for the project investor, Levi 9.
