The project of the new hotel Biševo in Komiža was presented at the end of May this year. We are currently working on the schematic design phase. Located next to the coastal promenade and a hundred-year-old pine forest, the hotel's structure respects the found context, and its design reflects the idea of preserving the inner courtyard as one of the indispensable elements of the local architectural heritage. In contrast to the existing compact volume, it is divided into smaller units adapted to the scale of the city structure of Komiža. Accommodation units are arranged around a central green garden. There is a restaurant and bar open to the public at the level of the promenade along the beach.
