Croatian Architects' Association has announced the nominations for the CAA awards for the best realisations of Croatian architects in 2015. The interior of Hotel Adriatic has been nominated for the Bernardo Bernardi award for best achievement in design and interior decoration. A total of 85 projects were submitted this year, 21 of them in the interior design category. All submitted projects were valorised by the CAAs expert council members: Dražen Pejković, Bojan Bilić, Alan Kostrenčić, Sabina Sabljić, Dean Stubnja, Ana Šverko.
The project of the Hotel Adriatic interior was made in cooperation with Studio Franić Šekoranja. It is visually lavish, eclectic, modern, classic and elegant. When designing the interior concept the emphasis was placed on creating the atmosphere and aesthetics rather than the restoration of the original interior.
