"This year's winner impressed us with the successful combination of simple and modern architecture characteristic for Croatian architects 3LHD from Zagreb, elegant interior design signed by one of the most respected and world-famous Italian designers and architects, Piero Lissoni." said Andreas Martin, CEO of Hotelforum management GmbH during the award ceremony.
The award has been given since 2002, for the originality of the accommodation concept, architectural quality, integration of the building into the environment, design, innovation (planning and construction, design, operation and technology, as well as related processes, environment / sustainability), and profitability.
