The opening of the construction site for the Hotel Adriatic in Rovinj was held on Wednesday 28th of January. The existing hotel building is located in the centre of Old town of Rovinj. It was built in 1913. as a hotel, and has been functioning as one, with brief interruptions, ever since. The planned reconstruction will include the entire interior, exterior and the outdoor terrace which is a part of the of the public traffic area and will form a whole with the hotel ground floor, all in accordance with the conservator guidelines. The main characteristic of the hotel interior will be a unique and complete environment with museum value art, a collection of unique works created for the hotels' specific ambiance that will promote it on an international level.
