The area of Gredelj in Zagreb has been recognized by the City Development Strategy as one of strategic projects for the period until 2020, called "Gredelj - New City Center". Along with 3LHD, the authors of the study are: IGH Institute, Colliers International, de Architekten Cie, MS Partners law firm and HDC - hotel and destination consulting. The project aims to revitalize the abandoned industrial area for the purpose of accommodating public, social and cultural amenities and to create a new urban center that, while preserving and sustaining the protected cultural heritage within the scope, will offer opportunities for quality living and work for residents of different ages and profiles.
