Our project was awarded the first prize in an international call for proposals for the design of a new campus for Rimac Automobili. The future campus will be located near Erdödy Castle in Kerestinec. In order to grow with the company, the project realization is planned in stages. The first phase involves the construction of 70000m2, including a 40000m2 production facility, while the second phase provides for an additional 30000m2 of production facility. The campus will also feature modern office spaces, a showroom, a museum, a restaurant for employees and visitors, a nursery and accommodation units for occasional guests and employees from around the world. The project is environmentally friendly and the only visible volumes are the production facility and the office building.
