After winning the competition for the concession in 2015 the client Avenue Ulaganja assigned the team consisting of 3LHD, IGH and Brandoctor with making of the spatial functional concept for the Kupari area. Masterplan was finished in December and will serve as a basis for further development of the zone located in a rich park environment 6 km from Dubrovnik. Alongside with the reconstruction of the protected Hotel Grand, the construction of new accommodation units and facilities which will transform the zone in a unique tourist destination is planned.
