After the funds for the tourist and recreational center "Freshwater aquarium - Kaquarium" have been approved from the EU structural funds, and 3LHD had won the detailed design project on a public procurement competition, the contract between the city of Karlovac and 3LHD has been signed on November 27th. The start of construction is planned for April 2015. The center should have 12,000 visitors in the first year, and they will have the opportunity to see specimens of 150 species of fish.
