The works on the construction site of the future Hotel Park in Rovinj have begun today with the start of demolition of the existing hotel building. The old structure will be completely torn down, and the new hotel will be built in its place. The new five star hotel designed by 3LHD will be opened for guests in spring 2018. It will be open for business all year long, with the capacity for organization of smaller conference meetings and events. The building is conceived as terraced, with an irregular ground plan, and adjusts to the slope of the site with its volume, floor plan and height. The interior design project was made by Italian colleagues from Lissoni Associati.
