Seventeen years after winning the 1st prize in the competition for the concept design of the Žabica Bus Terminal and creation of complete project documentation, the project was reactivated in May 2022. City of Rijeka has announced a tender for the real estate sale for the construction of the "Žabica Complex" multi-purpose building. The offer from the Best in parking company was accepted by the City Council, making the realization of the project possible.
