3LHD currently has eight active construction sites. The project typologies are various: residential - a family house and a residential building, hotels - three projects, two restaurants and a sports and recreation center. They are located in Guangzhou, Rovinj, Srebreno, Zagreb and Đurđevac. The projects also vary in scale, the smallest is Restaurant L in Rovinj with 191m2 and the largest is Hotel LN Garden Resort in China with the surface of 55000m2.
