47th Zagreb Salon of Architecture Award

At the 47th Zagreb Salon of Architecture, 3LHDs project Hotel Lone received one of three equal prizes of the Salon. This years' edition selector Dražen Juračić was led with the idea of re-examination of the current economic situation - a major crisis in which society and architecture are, examining how the architects adapted to the new system of values and how they are ready to accept the new recessionary situation. According to his opinion, "Hotel Lone is a refined, expressive and skillfully designed hotel complex facility for vacation and relaxation". Among the 295 submitted projects 10 were selected that have been awarded for promoting values that are updated by the crisis, achieve the most results with the least resources. The exhibition will remain open until December 16th in the Forum Gallery.
