Transformations symposium organized by the Croatian Chamber of Architects and the Architects' Association of Denmark was held on October 22 in the large auditorium of the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb. As part of the symposium one of the partners in 3LHD, Saša Begović, gave a lecture with the theme Transforming urban life. In the past 20 years radical urban and territorial transformations that took place in Croatian cities were rapid and in general loosely regulated. Denmark contemporary architecture, deeply grounded in the model of welfare state that is increasingly called into question in the 21st century, at the same time, turned to a sequence of innovations that have helped to preserve awareness of the lessons of the past while looking to the future.
