As a part of the third consecutive architecture week in Sofia, held in the organisation of the independent medium One Magazine, Saša Begović gave a lecture with the title A Peripheral Moment. The theme of the Architecture Festival this year is Being Peripheral. Living in the periphery is not just a geographic, political and economic condition, but a state of mind, too.
