Saša Begović was one of the panelists on the Exhibiting Yugoslavia lecture that took place at the Milstein Hall on Cornell University on April 26th. Martino Stierli, the Chief Curator of Architecture and Design at The Museum of Modern Art in New York, talked about his upcoming exhibition on the topic of architectural production in the region from 1948 to 1980. Stierli situates socialist Yugoslavia at the forefront of the period's international architectural discourse, due in large part to the country's diverse associations with architects on both sides of the Iron Curtain as well as in Africa and the Middle East.
