Fundació Mies van der Rohe

01. January 2012

After London, the exhibition of the best European projects nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award 2011 opens on February 8th in Paris. The exhibition will be open until March 4th; it is set in the Palais de Chaillot Auditorium. Projects are chosen by members of the award jury, and except for a traveling exhibition they are included in the award catalog. The projects are presented with models and videos. As well as recognizing excellence, the EU Prize for Contemporary Architecture - Mies van der Rohe Award encourages architects to work beyond their national borders and contribute to building a stronger and more creative Europe.
